Justin Vermaak
CEO - Head of Growth
The co-founder and CEO of Dew Water has a long history of doing the impossible and making it look easy. He has a lifetime of experience in Agriculture and an absolute passion for the nature and the environment. His life is dominated by the urgency to make things better and the commitment to make a difference. His work journey has taken him all over the world, but his love is the vast spaces of the African outdoors. It is here under the pristine blue skies that a commitment to zero-footprint quality water was entrenched. He leads the group and ensures the adaptive mindset stays vibrant and results in better products.

Ross Walters
CTO - Head of Practical Solutions
The co-founder of Dew Water is the force behind the brand. His abundant energy and curious mind lead him to new adventures on a regular basis. Born and bred in Africa, he shares his love for the vast expanse and nature freely. With such an open mind, he has a distinct freedom in his thinking and always looks omnidirectionally, and he has a clear focus on the question – “..What is the problem I am trying to solve?…” A big part of the solution remains in finding zero-footprint solutions. He is the Chief Technical Officer and responsible for the quality of our products, both in design and after deployment of the technology we use.

Reeder Vermaak
CRO - Driving Renewal and Research
Reeder Vermaak is a Master of Industrial Engineering student at Stellenbosch University. Here he is building knowledge and experience and blending this with pure practical execution. Despite being young, he already has multiple published papers on atmospheric water and is rated as one of the leading young researchers in Southern Africa in this field. His work positions him to identify and drive novel applications of DEW Water’s harvesting technology, with the goal of delivering decentralized freshwater solutions across the continent. His youth combined with creativity and a practical approach completes the team.
