About Water
Water is earth’s most precious resource. Its amazing properties drive all life forms. It is never static. It has a continuous cycle of evaporation, condensation, flow, collection and back to evaporation. Water is never destroyed; it just changes its form. It is a solid, a fluid, a gas. It is found everywhere. You see it in the morning dew, the midday clouds, the afternoon rain, the evening storm. The purest water is found in the atmosphere. We collect the water by filtering it from the air on a drop-by-drop basis and collecting it. This provides the cleanest most natural and consistent quality water directly into our dispensers. To ensure it is safe after storage we use UV Lights to prevent any bacteria growth after capture. There can be no purer water. It is Born in A Cloud. We present it to you as nature’s gift. Water belongs to earth. We respect that.
The Practical Side
DewcatchersTM are designed and built to pass air through an air filter and then over cold condensers. It is on these cold condensers that that the droplets form – just as in a cloud. The droplets then drip into a catch tank – drop by drop – as if it is raining inside the machine. A UV light is situated above this tank and ensures no bacteria can get into the water whilst it gathers. From here the water is pumped through a series of filters and mineralisers that enhances the water quality for a consistent output. The water is then stored in the chiller tank ready for use. Once this is full the machine will go into sleep mode and wait until you dispense it. When you push the button, it goes past a UV light again to protect airborne bacteria and presented to you.

It is consumed on site. There is no packaging or plastics, or logistics or waste or distribution or hassles. We have a zero footprint. It is the most efficient way to get quality water at your home or at work. It is the least we can do.

You don’t have to take it to a till or order from a beverage company and store it somewhere.
